In this 10-day journey you’ll find primates, such as chimpanzees and gorillas in the country’s pristine nature parks, in the rainforests, gorges and green savage places.
Uganda is rightly considered one of the best safari destinations in Africa, with its imposing diversity of species, scenery and protected areas. You will enjoy many of the highlights of the country on this 10-day adventure. No less than 4 primate tracking events, one of which is sure to have a lifetime of memories when searching for chimpanzees and gorillas.
The Queen Elizabeth National Park, over 750 km2 of the countryside that is home to lion, leopard and elephant, buffalo and hippo, giraffe and crocodile, has time to find out more about those animals. There’s plenty of time to seek these animals.
Day 1
Arrival in Entebbe, Uganda Overnight at Hotel No.5. Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport you will be met by a member of the Vuga Uganda team who will transfer you by road to your lodge.

Day 2 - 3
A scheduled bush flight awaits you to Kasese Airstrip near Kibale National Park from Entebbe International Airport.
2 nights at Primate Lodge | Kibale NP
Room Type: Cottage Room Meal Basis: Full Board (Dinner, Bed, Breakfast and Lunch)
Day 4 - 5
Drive southwards towards Queen Elizabeth National Park, an approximately 3-hour drive. 2 nights at Kyambura Gorge Lodge | Queen Elizabeth National Park Room Type: Grass-roofed Banda Meal Basis: AIS (All-inclusive and Scheduled Safari activities)
Day 6
Today you will be driven out to Bwindi via the Ishasha sector of the Queen Elizabeth National Park, famous for its tree climbing Lions which are unique to this region.
One night @ Ishasha Wilderness Camp| Southern Queen Elizabeth NP
Room Type: Luxury Tented room Meal Basis: FULL BOARD
Day 7 - 9
A game drive this morning in search of the tree-climbing lions. And proceed to Bwindi for the Gorilla Trekking experience.
3 nights @ Sanctuary Gorilla Forest Camp

Day 10
Fly back to Entebbe and await your flight back home.
